    If you want some REAL coffee that tastes like coffee and isn't syrupy, give City Cup a try. This is a small business owned by very kind people. Each time I go, I get a breakfast sandwich with turkey, eggs, and cheese on a croissant and a hazelnut latte with almond milk. It's great to see small business stay on top and the people who work here have good customer service and take their time with your order.

    This is my go-to place for a cuppa Joe - despite a SB being equidistant from my office building! Great breakfast burritos and sandwiches. Excellent coffee. Nice folks.

    Excellent coffee, pastries and breakfast burritos. Great place to get breakfast and your morning buzz. Very convenient if you're driving into Oakland for Federal District Court. Staff is very friendly. They also have an impressive selection of teas for those who don't drink coffee. Prices are reasonable. Comfortable dining area and they have a TV with closed captions on and they place music.
